Recruitment Process.
Resumes are reviewed by our recruiters daily. After receiving an application, the resume is reviewed by our hiring managers.
Once the most qualified candidates are chosen, the hiring managers contact the recruiters, who will schedule appointments for interviews.
The interview process may vary by location, position, or way of contact. If the interview goes well, an offer may be made on the same day. For Sales Representatives, another interview may be scheduled and even a look at what working at KLINGSPOR is like.
