The SPGX70P P100 Particulate Filter Cartridges with Rear Vent is lightweight and compact. The spray and drip proof design helps extend filter life. These low profile, swept-back cartridges allow the user to wear eyewear or goggles with a greater field of vision. The rear vent helps reduce CO2 re-inhalation when the mask is worn under a face shield or visor. The SPGX70P cartridges are easy to install, allowing for quick cartridge replacement and minimal interruption to your work. Their user-friendly design ensures hassle-free use. Recommended for use with welding, silica concrete, mold, and sanding. NIOSH approved with 99.97% filter efficiency. It is effective against all particulate aerosols, ensuring high-quality respiratory protection. Replaces SPG70 Filter. Compatible with our SP9955 full face & SP8211 / 8311 half-mask cartridge respirators. The "Thumbs-Up" Fit Check: With two thumbs, seal the vent of the cartridge. Inhale so that the face piece collapses slightly and hold the breath for 10 seconds. If the facepiece remains collapsed and no signs of inward leakage of air are detected, the tightness of the respirator is satisfactory. NOTE: The seal of the facepiece to the face is affected by movement, talking and facial grimaces. Fit testing must be performed in accordance to OSHA1910.134.
