Weld blending and general metal clean up are a snap with KLINGSPOR Fibre Discs. The tough vulcanized fiber backing allows heavy grinding while offering long life while removing welds and cleaning pits, rust and scale. The CS 570 lubricated alumina zirconia fibre disc has an added advantage- a dry lubricant, which helps reduce heat build-up for a cleaner, cooler cut. This fiber disc is especially useful for applications where grinding heat can discolor the workpiece. Production shops will appreciate the quick on, quick off use of KLINGSPOR’s Quick Lock Fibre Discs. Changing of discs or switching between grits takes only a few seconds.
